(왕하 5:1-7, 새번역) [1] 시리아 왕의 군사령관 나아만 장군은, 왕이 아끼는 큰 인물이고, 존경받는 사람이었다. 주님께서 그를 시켜 시리아에 구원을 베풀어 주신 일이 있었다. 나아만은 강한 용사였는데, 그만 나병에 걸리고 말았다.
[2] 시리아가 군대를 일으켜서 이스라엘 땅에 쳐들어갔을 때에, 그 곳에서 어린 소녀 하나를 잡아 온 적이 있었다. 그 소녀는 나아만의 아내의 시중을 들고 있었다.
[3] 그 소녀가 여주인에게 말하였다. "주인 어른께서 사마리아에 있는 한 예언자를 만나 보시면 좋겠습니다. 그분이라면 어른의 나병을 고치실 수가 있을 것입니다."
[4] 이 말을 들은 나아만은 시리아 왕에게 나아가서, 이스라엘 땅에서 온 한 소녀가 한 말을 보고하였다.
[5] 시리아 왕은 기꺼이 허락하였다. "내가 이스라엘 왕에게 편지를 써 보내겠으니, 가 보도록 하시오." 나아만은 은 열 달란트와 금 육천 개와 옷 열 벌을 가지고 가서,
[6] 왕의 편지를 이스라엘 왕에게 전하였다. 그 편지에는 이렇게 씌어 있었다. "내가 이 편지와 함께 나의 신하 나아만을 귀하에게 보냅니다. 부디 그의 나병을 고쳐 주시기 바랍니다."
[7] 이스라엘 왕은 그 편지를 읽고 낙담하여, 자기의 옷을 찢으며, 주위를 둘러보고 말하였다. "내가 사람을 죽이고 살리는 신이라도 된다는 말인가? 이렇게 사람을 보내어 나병을 고쳐 달라고 하니 될 말인가? 이것은 분명, 공연히 트집을 잡아 싸울 기회를 찾으려는 것이니, 자세히들 알아보도록 하시오."
(2 Kings 5:1-7, NIV11) [1] Now Naaman was commander of the army of the king of Aram. He was a great man in the sight of his master and highly regarded, because through him the Lord had given victory to Aram. He was a valiant soldier, but he had leprosy.
[2] Now bands of raiders from Aram had gone out and had taken captive a young girl from Israel, and she served Naaman’s wife.
[3] She said to her mistress, “If only my master would see the prophet who is in Samaria! He would cure him of his leprosy.”
[4] Naaman went to his master and told him what the girl from Israel had said.
[5] “By all means, go,” the king of Aram replied. “I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So Naaman left, taking with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels** of gold and ten sets of clothing.
[6] The letter that he took to the king of Israel read: “With this letter I am sending my servant Naaman to you so that you may cure him of his leprosy.”
[7] As soon as the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his robes and said, “Am I God? Can I kill and bring back to life? Why does this fellow send someone to me to be cured of his leprosy? See how he is trying to pick a quarrel with me!”

✨ "단 하나의 메시지"
사랑하는 여러분, 오늘 우리는 아주 중요한 사실 하나를 기억해야 합니다.
성경 전체의 메시지는 단 하나입니다.
구약도, 신약도, 전부 한 가지를 말합니다.
[성경은 _______________를 말하고 있다]
구약은 그림으로 보여주고, 신약은 글로 설명합니다.
그 하나의 메시지, 그것은 바로 '_____(구원)'입니다. 오직 하나님의 은혜로 _______(구원)받는 길입니다.
✨ Sermon Introduction: "Only One Message"
Dear beloved, today we must remember one very important truth.
Te entire message of the Bible is one.
Both the Old and New Testaments declare the same truth.
[The Bible says ______________________ . ]*
The Old Testament shows it in pictures; the New Testament explains it in words.
That one message is salvation—the way to be saved by God's grace alone.
*The Bible speaks to the relationship between God and humans
✨ 우리 모두는 '그러나'를 가진 사람입니다.
우리는 오늘 한 인물을 만납니다.
나아만.
그는 성공한 사람이었습니다.
그는 존경받는 사람이었습니다.
그는 강한 군대 장군이었습니다.
당신도 그런 사람이 되고 싶지 않습니까?
하지만 성경은 이렇게 말합니다.
"그러나, 나아만은 나병환자였다." (열왕기하 5:1)
아무리 높이 올라가도, 아무리 성공해도, 누구에게나 이 "그러나"가 있습니다.
여러분은 여러분 삶 속에 어떤 "그러나"를 가지고 있습니까?
✨ We All Have a "But" in Our Lives.
Today, we meet a man—Naaman.
He was a successful man, respected by many, and a powerful military commander.
Wouldn’t you want to be someone like him?
But the Bible says:
"But Naaman was a leper." (2 Kings 5:1)
No matter how high we rise or how successful we are, everyone has a "but."
What is the "but" in your life?
✨ 문제는 세상에 있지만, 답은 세상에 없습니다.
하만은 온 세상의 권력을 손에 쥔 사람 같았지만, 모르드개 하나 때문에 미쳐버렸습니다.
하나님이 지으신 풍성한 세상, 인간이 누릴 수 있는 모든 좋은 것들… 그러나, 죄.
죄는 나병과 같습니다.
나병처럼 죄는 사람을 가리지 않습니다.
나병처럼 죄는 인생을 망치고, 삶을 더럽히고, 부끄럽게 만듭니다.
누구나 죄로 인해 고통받습니다.
그리고,
나아만도, 왕도, 아무리 훌륭한 사람도 이 문제를 해결할 수 없었습니다.
세상에는 질문이 있습니다.
"왜 아픈가?" "왜 불행한가?" "왜 외로운가?"
하지만 세상은 답을 모릅니다.
답을 안다고 해도, 진정한 능력은 없습니다.
✨ The Problem Exists in the World, But the Answer Does Not.
Haman seemed to hold all the power in the world, but he was destroyed because of one man—Mordecai.
God created a rich and perfect world for humanity to enjoy, but sin has corrupted it.
Sin, like leprosy, does not discriminate; it defiles life and brings shame.
Everyone suffers because of sin.
Neither Naaman, nor kings, nor even the greatest people could solve this problem.
The world has many questions, but no answers.
Even when it claims to have answers, it has no true power.
✨ 세상은 "큰 해결책"을 찾습니다.
왕은 금과 은, 옷가지들과 함께 편지를 보냈습니다.
크고 대단한 해결책을 찾으려 했습니다.
[5] 시리아 왕은 기꺼이 허락하였다. "내가 이스라엘 왕에게 편지를 써 보내겠으니, 가 보도록 하시오." 나아만은 은 열 달란트와 금 육천 개와 옷 열 벌을 가지고 가서,
[6] 왕의 편지를 이스라엘 왕에게 전하였다. 그 편지에는 이렇게 씌어 있었다. "내가 이 편지와 함께 나의 신하 나아만을 귀하에게 보냅니다. 부디 그의 나병을 고쳐 주시기 바랍니다."
하지만 하나님은 작은 것, 작고 천한 자리를 통해 답을 주십니다.
포로로 잡혀온 어린 소녀 하나.
목동 다윗.
죄수 요셉.
작은 땅 팔레스타인.
마굿간의 아기 예수.
갈릴리 나사렛 출신의 예수님.
십자가에서 죽으신 예수님.
작은 것 속에 구원이 시작됩니다.
✨ The World Seeks "Big Solutions."
The king sent a letter with gold, silver, and fine clothes, seeking a grand and magnificent solution.
[5] “By all means, go,” the king of Aram replied. “I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So Naaman left, taking with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels** of gold and ten sets of clothing.
[6] The letter that he took to the king of Israel read: “With this letter I am sending my servant Naaman to you so that you may cure him of his leprosy.”
But God gives His answer through small and humble places.
A little captive girl, a shepherd boy named David, a prisoner named Joseph, a small land called Palestine, a baby Jesus born in a manger, Jesus of Nazareth from Galilee, and Jesus who died on the cross.
Salvation always begins from the small and lowly.
✨ 오직 복음만이 능력입니다.
복음에는 능력이 있습니다.
(롬 1:16) "나는 복음을 부끄러워하지 않습니다. 이 복음은 모든 믿는 사람을 구원하는 하나님의 능력입니다."
예수는 길이요, 진리요, 생명이십니다.
(요 14:6) "나는 길이요, 진리요, 생명이다."
구원은 오직 예수 그리스도 안에 있습니다.
✨ Only the Gospel Has Power.
There is power in the Gospel.
"I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes." (Romans 1:16)
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
"I am the way and the truth and the life." (John 14:6)
Salvation is found only in Christ Jesus.
✨ 교회의 사명은 단 하나입니다.
교회는 세상을 치료한다고 주장하지 않습니다.
신자와 교회는 다만 증언할 뿐입니다.
"하나님의 능력만이 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다."
우리는 세상에 무시당할 수 있습니다.
교회는 종과 같고, 어린 소녀 같고, 무명자들 같을 것입니다.
그러나 우리는 답을 알고 있습니다.
(고전 1:27)
"하나님께서는 세상의 어리석은 것들을 택하셔서 지혜 있는 자들을 부끄럽게 하시고, 세상의 약한 것들을 택하셔서 강한 것들을 부끄럽게 하셨습니다."
✨ The Church Has Only One Mission.
The church does not claim to heal the world.
Believers and the church simply testify: "Only the power of God can solve the problem."
We may be ignored by the world.
The church may seem like servants, like little girls, like unknown people.
Yet we know the answer.
"But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong." (1 Corinthians 1:27)
✨ 결단과 헌신: "가십시오, 들으십시오, 그리고 믿으십시오."
믿음은 들음에서 나고, 들음은 그리스도의 말씀으로 말미암습니다.
"믿음은 들음에서 생기고, 들음은 그리스도를 전하는 말씀에서 비롯됩니다." (롬 10:17)
나아만이 어린 소녀의 말을 듣고 살았듯, 우리도 천대받는 복음의 말씀을 듣고 살아야 합니다.
✨ Conclusion (Determination and commitment): "Go, Listen, and Believe."
Faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
"Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ." (Romans 10:17)
Just as Naaman lived by listening to the little girl, we too must live by hearing the despised yet life-giving message of the Gospel.

오늘 말씀을 듣고 삶에 결단하며 헌신하겠다고 한 것을 주님께 말씀 드리고 주님께 도움을 구하는 기도를 하시길 바랍니다.
I encourage you to tell the Lord what you have decided to commit to in your life as you listen to today's message and pray to Him for help.
