10절, "하나님께서는 성령을 통하여 이런 일들을 우리에게 계시해 주셨습니다. 성령은 모든 것을 살피시니, 곧 하나님의 깊은 경륜까지도 살피십니다."

- 사람들은 '눈으로 본 것, 귀로 듣은 것, 자신의 마음에 떠오르는 것들'을 통해 지혜를 만들어 냅니다. 그러나 성숙한 신앙인은 하나님의 지혜를 받습니다. 하나님의 지혜는 하나님의 깊은 곳에서 나오는 하나님의 마음입니다.

12~13a절, "우리는 세상의 영을 받은 것이 아니라, 하나님에게서 오신 영을 받았습니다. 그것은, 하나님께서 우리에게 은혜로 주신 선물들을 우리로 하여금 깨달아 알게 하시려는 것입니다. 우리가 이 선물들을 말하되, 사람의 지혜에서 배운 말로 하지 아니하고, 성령께서 가르쳐 주시는 말로 합니다."

- 신앙인은 성령님을 받았습니다. 성령님은 하나님의 지혜와 하나님의 마음을 우리에게 가르쳐 주시는 분입니다. 성령님은 '하나님께서 우리에게 은혜로 주신 선물들'을 깨달아 알게 하십니다. 그래서 신앙인은 성령님으로 말미암아 예수님을 영접하고 구원의 확신을 갖고 살아가게 됩니다.

14절, "그러나 자연에 속한 사람은 하나님의 영에 속한 일들을 받아들이지 아니합니다"

- 신앙인은 자연에 속한 사람이 아니며, unspiritual self가 아닙니다. 신앙인은 영적으로 살아있으며 (Spiritually alive) 하나님의 지혜와 마음을 받은 사람들입니다.

15절, "신령한 사람은 모든 것을 판단하나, 자기는 아무에게서도 판단을 받지 않습니다."

- 그러므로 성숙한 신앙인의 삶은 성령께서 행하시는 것에 가까이 다가갑니다. 성령께서 전달하시는 하나님 아버지의 마음으로 말하고 듣는 지혜를 갖게 됩니다. 예수님은 이 땅에서 하나님 아버지의 마음을 품고 사셨습니다. 우리는 그리스도의 마음을 가졌습니다.(16절) 그리하여 우리는 예수님의 지혜와 사랑을 나타내는 삶을 살게 되는 것입니다.

1. 하나님에게서 오는 영을 받았다 (12-13절)

(고전 2:6-16, 새번역) “「6」 그러나 우리는 성숙한 사람들 가운데서는 지혜를 말합니다. 그런데 이 지혜는, 이 세상의 지혜나 멸망하여 버릴 자들인 이 세상 통치자들의 지혜가 아닙니다.

「7」 우리는 비밀로 감추어져 있는 하나님의 지혜를 말합니다. 그것은, 하나님께서 우리를 영광스럽게 하시려고, 영세 전에 미리 정하신 지혜입니다.

「8」 이 세상 통치자들 가운데는, 이 지혜를 아는 사람이 하나도 없습니다. 그들이 알았더라면, 영광의 주님을 십자가에 못 박지 않았을 것입니다.

「7」 But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory.

「8」 None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

「9」 But, as it is written, "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him"--

「10」 these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.

「11」 For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.

「12」 Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God.

「13」 And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.

「14」 The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.

「15」 The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.

「16」 "For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.”

(고전 2:6-16, MSG) “「6」 We, of course, have plenty of wisdom to pass on to you once you get your feet on firm spiritual ground, but it's not popular wisdom, the fashionable wisdom of high-priced experts that will be out-of-date in a year or so.

「7」 God's wisdom is something mysterious that goes deep into the interior of his purposes. You don't find it lying around on the surface. It's not the latest message, but more like the oldest--what God determined as the way to bring out his best in us, long before we ever arrived on the scene.

「8」 The experts of our day haven't a clue about what this eternal plan is. If they had, they wouldn't have killed the Master of the God-designed life on a cross.

「9」 That's why we have this Scripture text： No one's ever seen or heard anything like this, Never so much as imagined anything quite like it-- What God has arranged for those who love him.

「10」 But you've seen and heard it because God by his Spirit has brought it all out into the open before you. The Spirit, not content to flit around on the surface, dives into the depths of God, and brings out what God planned all along.

「11」 Who ever knows what you're thinking and planning except you yourself? The same with God--except that he not only knows what he's thinking,

「12」 but he lets us in on it. God offers a full report on the gifts of life and salvation that he is giving us.

「13」 We don't have to rely on the world's guesses and opinions. We didn't learn this by reading books or going to school; we learned it from God, who taught us person-to-person through Jesus, and we're passing it on to you in the same firsthand, personal way.

「14」 The unspiritual self, just as it is by nature, can't receive the gifts of God's Spirit. There's no capacity for them. They seem like so much silliness. Spirit can be known only by spirit--God's Spirit and our spirits in open communion.

「15」 Spiritually alive, we have access to everything God's Spirit is doing, and can't be judged by unspiritual critics.

「16」 Isaiah's question, "Is there anyone around who knows God's Spirit, anyone who knows what he is doing?" has been answered： Christ knows, and we have Christ's Spirit.”

7/2 " 주님을 자랑한다" (고전 1장)

[설교요약문]

제목: 주님을 자랑한다

1, 하나님은 우리에게 십자가의 말씀을 주셨습니다.

십자가의 말씀이란 예수님께서 십자가에 달려 죽으심으로 하나님께서 예수를 우리의 지혜와 능력이되게 하셨다는 말씀입니다. 십자가를 지신 예수님은 우리에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력입니다. (롬 1:16)

고린도교회의 성도들은 하나님의 부르심에 응답하여 구원받은 사람들입니다. 그러나 이렇게 구원받은 것은 세상의 지혜나 세상의 능력때문이 아닙니다. 오히려 세상의 기준으로는 비천하고 멸시받는 사람들임에도 불구하고 하나님께서는 그들은 부르신 것입니다. 그러므로 우리 워십프론티어 성도들도 십자가의 말씀을 믿기를 바랍니다. 세상의 기준이나 자신의 능력때문이 아니라 오직 하나님의 지혜인 십자가로 구원받았다는 것을 믿으시기 바랍니다. 그리고 왜 자신을 구원하셨는 지에 대한 답을 십자가를 지신 예수님으로 인해 찾으시길 바랍니다. 

2. 주님을 자랑한다

그리스도인들은 자신을 자랑하지 않습니다. 또한 그리스도인들은 자신을 자랑할 수 없습니다. 예수를 믿고 바르게 신앙생활을 하게 되면, 자신이 얼마나 큰 죄인인지를 점점 더 알게되기 때문에 자신을 자랑할 수 없습니다. 세상에서는 자신을 자랑하는 것이 중요한 것 같습니다. 그러나 신앙에서는 자신을 자랑하지 않는 것이 중요합니다. 자신을 자랑하지 않는 삶을 배우는 곳이 교회입니다.  또한 교회는 예수를 자랑하는 삶을 배우는 곳입니다. 예수를 자랑하는 삶이란 말이 아니라 삶으로 예수님을 자랑한다는 뜻입니다. 예수님의 거룩함을 닮아가려는 믿음의 삶을 뜻합니다. 예수님의 거룩함은 삶에서 자연스럽게 사랑을 나타내는 영성을 가지고 사는 것을 뜻합니다. 우리 워십프론티어 성도님들도 예수를 자랑하며 예수를 닮아가며 살아가기를 축복합니다 - 최목사

  “「18」 십자가의 말씀이 멸망할 자들에게는 어리석은 것이지만, 구원을 받는 사람인 우리에게는 하나님의 능력입니다.

  「19」 성경에 기록하기를 "내가 지혜로운 자들의 지혜를 멸하고, 총명한 자들의 총명을 폐할 것이다" 하였습니다.

  (고전 1:18-31, MSG) “「18」 The Message that points to Christ on the Cross seems like sheer silliness to those hellbent on destruction, but for those on the way of salvation it makes perfect sense. This is the way God works, and most powerfully as it turns out.

  「19」 It's written, I'll turn conventional wisdom on its head, I'll expose so-called experts as crackpots.

  「20」 So where can you find someone truly wise, truly educated, truly intelligent in this day and age? Hasn't God exposed it all as pretentious nonsense?

  「21」 Since the world in all its fancy wisdom never had a clue when it came to knowing God, God in his wisdom took delight in using what the world considered dumb--preaching, of all things!--to bring those who trust him into the way of salvation.

  「22」 While Jews clamor for miraculous demonstrations and Greeks go in for philosophical wisdom,

  「23」 we go right on proclaiming Christ, the Crucified. Jews treat this like an anti-miracle--and Greeks pass it off as absurd.

  「24」 But to us who are personally called by God himself--both Jews and Greeks--Christ is God's ultimate miracle and wisdom all wrapped up in one.

  「25」 Human wisdom is so tinny, so impotent, next to the seeming absurdity of God. Human strength can't begin to compete with God's "weakness."

  「26」 Take a good look, friends, at who you were when you got called into this life. I don't see many of "the brightest and the best" among you, not many influential, not many from high-society families.

  「27」 Isn't it obvious that God deliberately chose men and women that the culture overlooks and exploits and abuses,

  「28」 chose these "nobodies" to expose the hollow pretensions of the "somebodies"?

  「29」 That makes it quite clear that none of you can get by with blowing your own horn before God.

  「30」 Everything that we have--right thinking and right living, a clean slate and a fresh start--comes from God by way of Jesus Christ.

  「31」 That's why we have the saying, "If you're going to blow a horn, blow a trumpet for God."”

• SERMON SUMMARY / 1 COR 1:10-17

  “Resemble God who appeals with love”

  [Key Verse 10: I appeal to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ]

  The God who appeals reveals God's love. The Apostle Paul chose to use the word "______" when writing a letter to the troubled Corinthian church. Why did the Apostle Paul use the word "appeal" instead of "advise," "teach," or "command"? In the New Translation, the word is translated as "exhort," but in the original New Testament, it is "parakleo."

  "Parakleo" primarily means to speak '_______ God' or 'through the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.' The Apostle Paul does not appeal by his own name or authority. He speaks 'in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ' because he deeply understands 'the heart of God the Father' towards the saints, which is 'the love of God the Father for the saints.' Like the Apostle Paul, we also need to know more about 'God's heart.' We must know the Heavenly Father's heart for ourselves and God's heart for our neighbors and brothers and sisters. When we understand Heavenly Father's love and compassion, we can earnestly appeal to and bless those around us. Secondly, the meaning of "parakleo" is an exhortation with the concept of "walk, do, proceed." It means living a life that is continuously moving forward toward the opportunities and missions given by God. Thirdly, the meaning of "parakleo" is a message of "________" God desires to comfort us. Therefore, God appeals to us to 'comfort' one another. The Apostle Paul also made appeals to comfort the saints with the heart of God.

  Therefore, let us follow the Lord while practicing 'parakleo.' 'Parakleo' refers to a life of comforting the saints in the name of the Lord and faithfully carrying out the mission He has called us to with a sincere heart.

  The mission of the church is 'to save souls and make disciples.' The church is a community that brings healing and carries out the mission of evangelization.   Paul expresses his gratitude at the beginning of his letter. He is thankful to God that the Corinthian church, which he established, is experiencing abundance primarily through God's grace.

  From Paul's example, we can learn three things about the Christian Basic Life (CBL).

  The three CBLs are <Grace Received>, <_______ God>, and <Making Disciples of ______>. The opposing viewpoints of CBL are <focus on personal ability>, <focus on temporary things>, and <self-centeredness>. As Christians, it's important to recognize the grace we have received from God. The phrase "Thank God" implies having fellowship with the eternal God, believing and living in connection with the eternal kingdom of God. Lastly, the act of making disciples of others can be contrasted with being self-centered, seeking self-satisfaction, or only focusing on our own growth as disciples.

  God established the church to achieve <eternal fellowship> through Jesus Christ. Therefore, a life of faith can be seen as a spiritual ________ towards the eternal realm. It doesn't mean blindly following the path taken by many people, nor does it mean pursuing worldly values and the temporary stability that the world offers. Let us continue on the path of faith together as an <extended family>, embarking on this adventure towards eternal fellowship in Jesus Christ.

  고린도서를 쓴 바울은 <하나님의 뜻 God's will>을 강조합니다. 바울이 본인을 설명할 때 <하나님의 뜻>으로 ____가 되었다고 설명합니다. 그런데 <하나님의 뜻>이 매우 넓고 깊고 큰 개념이기 때문에 우리는 그 개념을 실제적으로 해석하지 못합니다. 그래서 우리는 유진 피터슨 목사가 현대인들이 잘 이해할 수 있는 단어와 문장으로 성경을 번역한 <The Message>를 참고할 필요가 있습니다. <Message>에서는 오늘 본문의 <하나님의 뜻>은 바로 <하나님의 ____>이라고 합니다. 우리를 사랑하며 영원한 능력을 가지신 하나님이 뜻을 정하시면 그것은 곧바로 우리에게는 계획이 된다는 의미입니다. 그러므로, 우리 성도님들은 자신의 삶이 하나님의 뜻안에 있고, 하나님의 계획하심을 통하여 매일 매일 세워지고 있음을 믿으시기 바랍니다. 그리하여 우리도 바울처럼 우리의 인생과 삶을 설명할 때 <하나님의 뜻>안에서 설명할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 우리가 우리의 삶 전체를 통하여 하나님의 뜻을 발견하고 하나님의 계획에 참여하기 위해서는 우리는 우리의 Helper가 되시는 성령님께 도움을 구해야 합니다.

  바울이 고린도전서를 시작하면서 자신을 소개할 때 강조하는 두번째 것은 <하나님의 ______(calling)> 입니다. Calling의 동의어를 찾아보면 vocation, mission, profession 등 입니다. 소명(vocation)의 뜻은 "특별한 life style을 가지고 이웃의 필요를 위한 사역자(전문가)로 살아가라는 특별한 부르심 입니다. (a strong urge toward a particular way of life or career. those who have a special calling to minister to others' needs)

  하나님은 우리 한 사람 한 사람에게 <자신에게 꼭 맞는 ______(전문성)>을 주십니다. 뿐만 아니라, 주님은 우리가 자신의 전문 영역에서 일할 때 <섬기는 종의 리더십>을 연습하고 발휘하도록 하십니다. <섬기는 종의 리더십>은 "____을 성공시키는 것을 목표로 하는 리더십"입니다. 주님이 우리를 이렇게 부르시는 궁극적인 이유는 Vocation과 Servant leadership을 통하여 우리와 주님과의 ______를 더욱 튼튼히 세우시려고 하는 것입니다.

  Title: Living According to the Word of the Lord (John 14, Acts 2)

  Jesus answered him, "If anyone loves me, he will keep _my word_, and my _father_ will love him, and we will come to him and make our _______ with _______.   SUMMARY:

  Jesus assured us that He is preparing a special place for those who belong to Him in the presence of Heavenly Father. He also comforted us, saying, "Do not be troubled in your hearts," because He promised to return and establish the _______ that aligns with God's desires. The Lord emphasizes the importance of living together as a Heavenly Father's _________, loving one another, and faithfully keeping His teachings.

  However, many of us have experienced brokenness and instability in our own families, which creates a fear of failing to build the family that God desires. In recognition of our weaknesses, Jesus promised to send the H_____ S_______ as our H_______. The Holy Spirit, who is God Himself, teaches us and reminds us of God's Word, enabling us to live according to His teachings.

  About 2000 years ago, with the Holy Spirit's guidance, the first church was established in Jerusalem. The people of that church fervently believed in Jesus' promise, earnestly prayed, and eagerly anticipated the Holy Spirit. On the Day of Pentecost, God poured out the Holy Spirit upon them, and those who were filled with the Spirit received various _gifts_. This empowered them to start a new church, as they _______ received God's gifts for building the church according to His plan.

  We, as members of Worship Frontier Church, must also rely on the Holy Spirit and fervently pray for His presence to fill us. This way, we can truly become God's _family_ and fulfill His vision for the church. Let us embrace the teachings of the Holy Spirit, faithfully remember God's Word, and seek His filling as we journey together as God's beloved community.

「16」 너희가 나를 택한 것이 아니라, 내가 너희를 택하여 세운 것이다. 그것은 너희가 가서 열매를 맺어, 그 열매가 언제나 남아 있게 하려는 것이다. 그리하여 너희가 내 이름으로 아버지께 구하는 것은 무엇이든지 다 받게 하려는 것이다.

「17」 내가 너희에게 명하는 것은 이것이다. 너희는 서로 사랑하여라."”

(요 15:9-17, ESV) “「9」 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love.

「10」 If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.

「11」 These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.

「12」 "This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

「13」 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.

(요일 4:1-7, 새번역) “「1」 사랑하는 여러분, 어느 영이든지 다 믿지 말고, 그 영들이 하나님에게서 났는가를 시험하여 보십시오. 거짓 예언자가 세상에 많이 나타났기 때문입니다.

「2」 여러분은 하나님의 영을 이것으로 알 수 있습니다. 곧 예수 그리스도께서 육신을 입고 오셨음을 시인하는 영은 다 하나님에게서 난 영입니다.

「3」 그러나 예수를 시인하지 않는 영은 다 하나님에게서 나지 않은 영입니다. 그것은 그리스도의 적대자의 영입니다. 여러분은 그 영이 올 것이라는 말을 들었습니다. 그런데 그 영이 세상에 벌써 와 있습니다.

「4」 자녀 된 이 여러분, 여러분은 하나님에게서 난 사람들이며, 여러분은 그 거짓 예언자들을 이겼습니다. 여러분 안에 계신 분이 세상에 있는 자보다 크시기 때문입니다.

「5」 그들은 세상에서 났습니다. 그런 까닭에 그들은 세상에 속한 것을 말하고, 세상은 그들의 말을 듣습니다.

「6」 우리는 하나님에게서 났습니다. 하나님을 아는 사람은 우리의 말을 듣고, 하나님에게서 나지 아니한 사람은 우리의 말을 듣지 아니합니다. 이것으로 우리는 진리의 영과 미혹의 영을 알아봅니다.

「7」 사랑하는 여러분, 서로 사랑합시다. 사랑은 하나님에게서 난 것입니다. 사랑하는 사람은 다 하나님에게서 났고, 하나님을 압니다.”

(요일 4:1-7, ESV) “「1」 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

「2」 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,

「3」 and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.

「4」 Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

「5」 They are from the world; therefore they speak from the world, and the world listens to them.

「6」 We are from God. Whoever knows God listens to us; whoever is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the Spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

「7」 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.”
