를 불러서, 무슨 일인지를 물어 보았다.
「27」 종이 그에게 말하였다. '아우님이 집에 돌아왔습니다. 건강한
몸으로 돌아온 것을 반겨서, 주인 어른께서 살진 송아지를 잡으셨
습니다.'
「28」 큰 아들은 화가 나서, 집으로 들어가려고 하지 않았다. 아버
지가 나와서 그를 달랬다.
「29」 그러나 그는 아버지에게 대답하였다. '나는 이렇게 여러 해

12-16 아버지는 재산을 두 아들의 몫으로 나누었다. 얼마 지나지 않아, 둘째 아들은 짐을 싸서 먼 나라로 떠났다. 거기서 그는, 제멋대로 방탕하게 살면서 가지고 있던 재산을 다 날려 버렸다. 돈이 다 떨어졌다. 그때에 그 나라 전역에 심한 기근이 들었고, 그는 구차한 형편에 처하게 되었다. 그는 그 나라에 사는 한 사람에게 일감을 얻어, 들판에 나가 돼지 치는 일을 하게 되었다. 그는 배가 너무 고파서 돼지 구정물 속의 옥수수 속대라도 먹고 싶었지만, 그것마저 주는 사람이 없었다.
17-20 그제야 정신을 차린 그가 말했다. ‘내 아버지 밑에서 일하는 일꾼들도 식탁에 앉아 하루 세 끼를 먹는데, 나는 여기서 굶어 죽는구나. 아버지께 돌아가야겠다. 가서 아버지, 제가 하나님께 죄를 짓고 아버지 앞에 죄를 지었습니다. 저는 아버지의 아들이라 불릴 자격도 없으니, 저를 품꾼으로 받아 주십시오 하고 말씀드리자.’ 그는 바로 일어나서 아버지가 있는 집으로 갔다.
20-21 그가 아직 멀리 있는데, 아버지가 그를 보았다. 아버지는 뛰는 가슴으로 달려나가, 아들을 끌어안고 입을 맞추었다. 아들이 말했다. ‘아버지, 저는 하나님께 죄를 짓고 아버지 앞에 죄를 지었습니다. 저는 다시 아버지의 아들이라 불릴 자격이 없습니다.’
22-24 그러나 아버지는 그의 말을 듣지 않았다. 아버지는 종들을 불렀다. ‘어서 깨끗한 옷 한 벌을 가져다가 이 아들에게 입혀라. 손가락에 집안 반지를 끼우고 발에 신발을 신겨라. 그리고 좋은 사료로 키운 암소를 잡아다가 구워라. 잔치를 벌여야겠다! 흥겹게 즐겨야겠다! 내 아들이 여기 있다. 죽은 줄 알았는데, 이렇게 살아 있다! 잃어버린 줄 알았는데, 이렇게 찾았다!’ 그들은 흥겹게 즐기기 시작했다.
[11] Then he said, "There was once a man who had two sons. The younger said to his father, 'Father, I want right now what's coming to me.' "So the father divided the property between them. It wasn't long before the younger son packed his bags and left for a distant country. There, undisciplined and dissipated, he wasted everything he had.After he had gone through all his money, there was a bad famine all through that country and he began to hurt. He signed on with a citizen there who assigned him to his fields to slop the pigs.He was so hungry he would have eaten the corncobs in the pig slop, but no one would give him any."That brought him to his senses.
He said, 'All those farmhands working for my father sit down to three meals a day, and here I am starving to death.I'm going back to my father. I'll say to him, Father, I've sinned against God, I've sinned before you; I don't deserve to be called your son. Take me on as a hired hand.'
[20] He got right up and went home to his father. "When he was still a long way off, his father saw him. His heart pounding, he ran out, embraced him, and kissed him.
The son started his speech： 'Father, I've sinned against God, I've sinned before you; I don't deserve to be called your son ever again.'
"But the father wasn't listening. He was calling to the servants, 'Quick. Bring a clean set of clothes and dress him. Put the family ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Then get a grain-fed heifer and roast it. We're going to feast! We're going to have a wonderful time! My son is here--given up for dead and now alive! Given up for lost and now found!' And they began to have a wonderful time.(눅 15:11-24)

[15] This is how you are to build it： The ark is to be 450 feet long, 75 feet wide and 45 feet high.
[16] Make a roof for it and finish the ark to within 18 inches of the top. Put a door in the side of the ark and make lower, middle and upper decks.
[17] I am going to bring floodwaters on the earth to destroy all life under the heavens, every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish.
[18] But I will establish my covenant with you, and you will enter the ark--you and your sons and your wife and your sons' wives with you.
